Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AIPropertyOS collects and how it is used. AIPropertyOS is software for landlords to manage their own properties, tenants, and rent records. AIPropertyOS is operated by Ankit Kumar Rana (individual seller).
Information we collect
- Account information: the email address you sign in with.
- Property, tenant, and financial data you enter yourself: properties, units, tenants, rent charges, payments, utility meter readings, and related records. This data is entered and controlled by you, the landlord — your tenants do not have accounts and do not submit data directly.
- Subscription and billing information, processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
How we use your information
Your data is used solely to provide the AIPropertyOS service to you: storing and displaying your property records, processing your subscription, and providing support if you contact us. We do not sell your data.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database provider. You can download an independent, complete copy of your own data at any time using the “Backup & Data” feature inside the app.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment details.
Your data rights
You may contact us at support@digimarket26.com for privacy questions, correction requests, account or personal-data deletion requests, or to exercise other rights available to you under applicable law.
We may verify your identity where reasonably necessary before acting on a request. We process valid requests without unnecessary delay in accordance with applicable law. Where personal data is no longer required for the purpose it was collected, we erase or anonymise it, subject to the retention needs described below.
We may need to retain some data even after a deletion request, where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, or other lawful obligations. Certain historical financial and receipt records are kept immutable by design and may need to remain for as long as applicable law or business-integrity requirements justify. Backup copies of data may persist until their normal backup rotation/expiry and are not restored for ordinary processing after an approved deletion request.
