AIPropertyOS Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
Every new AIPropertyOS account includes a 30-day free trial with no card required. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe after your trial ends.
General rule
AIPropertyOS paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a paid subscription period has started. In particular, we do not provide a refund solely for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing not to use the service
- Partial use of a paid billing period
- Failure to use available features
- Failure to cancel before the next renewal date
Refund exceptions
A refund may be provided when:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription
- An incorrect amount was charged
- Payment succeeded but the purchased subscription access could not be activated or provided
- The service supplied is materially defective, deficient, or materially different from what was represented at purchase
- Applicable law requires a refund
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation
To cancel, contact support@digimarket26.com. A valid cancellation request stops future renewals. Existing paid access continues until the current paid period ends. Unused time is normally not eligible for a prorated refund. AIPropertyOS does not currently offer in-app self-service cancellation.
How refund requests are handled
Complaints and refund requests are acknowledged within 48 hours, and we aim to resolve them within one month where applicable. If a refund is approved, it is initiated to your original payment method. Please allow for standard Razorpay/bank/payment-provider processing time after initiation — Razorpay refunds generally take approximately 5-7 working days to reflect after initiation; we do not guarantee a faster bank settlement time than Razorpay’s own processing timelines.
Your data after cancellation
Cancelling or lapsing does not delete your data. You can still view, export, and back up your existing property and financial records at any time using the in-app “Backup & Data” feature; only the ability to create or edit new records is affected.
