These terms govern your use of AIPropertyOS, property management software provided by Ankit Kumar Rana, an individual seller (“we”, “us”). Our correspondence address and phone number are listed on our Contact Us page.

The service

AIPropertyOS is provided as software on Windows and Android for tracking properties, tenants, rent, and related records. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no unit limit and no card required.

Subscriptions and billing

After your trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, priced according to the number of active units in your account (see our pricing). Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay.

Cancellation

In-app self-service cancellation is not currently available. To cancel, contact support@digimarket26.com. A valid cancellation request stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, with no prorated refund for unused time.

Your data

Your property, tenant, and financial records belong to you. You can export a complete, independent copy at any time via the in-app “Backup & Data” feature. Your data is not deleted if your subscription lapses — continued write access is restricted, but you can still view, export, and back up your existing records.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of AIPropertyOS, where such exclusion is legally permissible. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, nor does it affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

AIPropertyOS is software and does not replace legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional property-management advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your data and decisions before relying on them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
